Sian Thomas ran the Cardiff Half Marathon on Sunday 5th October, and is also taking part in a number of other 10km runs. Sian says, “I’m not a natural runner, so this will be a challenge for me! I would love your help in reaching my fundraising goal and to help support LDA.”
