How much will I be charged for Post and Packaging ?

All our prices include Post and Packaging.

How soon will I receive my order ?

Orders are usually sent out within 2 working days, by Royal Mail first class post. However, please remember Lyme Disease Action is run by volunteers and there may be the occasional delay.

How can I pay ?

We use PAYPAL to accept payment.

Can I order more than one tick remover, of the same type ?

Yes, the Paypal system allows you to increase your order. On the shopping cart page, each item has a quantity. Position the cursor in the quantity box, delete the quantity shown and enter the new quantity. Then select the 'update cart' button (under quantity column) to recalculate the total cost.

Can I make a larger donation ?

Yes, you can change the quantity field to make a larger donation. (See previous question for details.)

How to I remove an item from the shopping cart ?

On the shopping cart page, click relevent remove box. Then select the 'update cart' button (under quantity column) to recalculate the total cost.

How will any profit or donation be used ?

All donations and shop profits will be used by Lyme Disease Action to promote the aims of the charity which include tick and Lyme awareness, education, research and patient support. Lyme Disease Action is funded entirely by donations and run by volunteers.

How do I contact the LDA shop ?

Can I order by phone or by post ?

No, we are currently only able to accept online orders.

Can I have a VAT receipt ?

No, we are not registered for VAT.

Can you accept orders from abroad ?

No, we are unable to accept orders from outside the UK.
