Conference Booking

Welcome to the LDA conference online booking system.

First time users - click here for help.

Existing users who have been to an LDA conference before or who donate by standing order need to either have their User Id number ready or they will need to be reminded of it. Receiving a reminder is simple in this system.

The system enables you to book Conference places, accommodation and meals. Your booking will be held for 1 week, 2 weeks for those from abroad, whilst your payment arrives in our system. Currently, we are unable to accept payment via credit/debit cards, however we do accept payment via internet or telephone banking.

Your order is complete after you have clicked on CONFIRM. You will receive a User Id and invoice which will be emailed to you automatically.

If your payment is not received, then the booking will not be held open. Payments will not be chased, however, you can check the progress of your order online.
