This is a volunteer service, so it is not permanently staffed.

Refunds will only be given if we are able to re-sell the place, LDA reserves the right to make an administration charge. Refunds will not be processed until after the Conference.

Wills Hall is 3 miles North of Bristol city centre, just North of Clifton Downs. Free car parking is available. Accommodation can only be booked by those attending the conference.
B&B rooms are available for Thursday night only and we offer a choice of Standard, Ensuite or Disabled.. We only have single rooms. Prices

Disabled - we can offer two wheelchair accessible bedrooms (en-suite only)..
When can delegates collect their room keys? Residential delegate room keys will be issued from 1500hrs on the day of arrival. Delegates should keep their keys with them for the remainder of their stay. All bedrooms should be vacated by 0930hrs on the day of departure. A deposit is not taken for keys, however any losses will be charged at £20 - £50, (depending on residence), to the final invoice.
Can I arrive late ?
You can arrive up to 11 pm. There is no night porter on duty beyond this time.
Can I stay for Friday night ?There is no provision for Friday night accommodation at the University, but the following local B&Bs are close to Wills Hall.

There are local trains roughly every 30 mins from Bristol temple Meads to Clifton Down station (journey time 13 mins) and the 41 bus goes from Clifton Down to Parrys Lane. Alternatively the No. 1 and 54/54A buses go from Bristol Temple Meads and stop about 8 mins walk away from Wills Hall.
